The
Pilates method of conditioning is the perfect complement to
your fitness regime and/or rehabilitation program and simply
adds balance to your life. Pilates exercise is a safe and highly
effective way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body
without building bulk or stressing your joints. The benefits
are many, increased abdominal and back strength, improved posture
and body mechanics, reduced joint and low back stress, increased
flexibility, balanced joint positions with regards to strength
and flexibility and best of all reduces stress and tension.
With an emphasis on breath, core conditioning and body awareness,
Pilates exercises will leave you looking toned, feeling revitalized
and moving with ease.
Personal
Pilates Training
I will design a specific Pilates program based on your posture,
muscle strengths, weakness' and flexibility. Personal Pilates
training is a highly effective way to improve your core strength,
stability and posture. This type of focused training is great
for everyone including individuals recovering from an injury
and athletes training for competition.
Semi-Private
Pilates Training
Sometimes exercising is more fun when you are with a friend
or partner. As long are your goals are similar and you are both
free from any injuries or conditions aggravated by exercise
I will design compatible programs so you can exercise together.
Group
Pilates Classes (3 - 5 people)
Group classes are an excellent and cost effective way to be
involved in the Pilates method of training. Please call to find
out when the next session begins.
Program design, static and dynamic postural analysis are services
included in your Personal Pilates Training and Semi-Private
Pilates Packages.
