Program design, fitness testing, static and dynamic postural analysis and nutrition guidelines are services included in these training packages. I design post-rehab, chronic illness and pre-post natal programs specifically for each condition and use Pilates infused personal training principles. I will consult with your healthcare practitioner prior to beginning.
